Research Interests:

Currently I am working on identify host response noninvasive gene-expression biomarkers of tobacco-smoke exposure across a diverse set of conditionsusing this new and powerful Affymetrix Exon Arrays. These gene expression signatures will serve as a noninvasive measure of the biological response to tobacco exposure and can ultimately be applied to large-scale population for epidemiologic studies.
